  • Failure to provide all income information may result in IRS notices, penalties, or amended returns, for which you will be charged an amendment fee payable upfront.
  • If you receive any IRS or state notices related to your return, you must send them to us within 14 days of the notice date. Failure to do so may limit our ability to assist you.

We retain tax records and related documents for the period required by law, after which they will be securely destroyed.
